By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • My Rack Rent refers to the service provider offering rack rental and exam support services.
  • User, you, or your refers to the individual or entity using our services.
  • Services refers to the rack rental and exam support services provided by My Rack Rent.
  • Rack Rentals refers to the rental of pre-configured equipment racks for IT certification exam preparation.
  • Exam Support refers to the resources, including practice exams and study guides, provided to aid in exam preparation.
  • Account refers to the User's account created during the registration process.
  • Fees refers to the charges incurred for using our services.
  • Content refers to all materials provided by My Rack Rent, including study materials and virtual labs.

3. Services Offered

Rack Rentals: We offer pre-configured equipment racks designed for practicing and preparing for various IT certification exams.

Exam Support: We provide resources such as practice exams and study guides to aid in exam preparation.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
  • Users must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment and Fees

  • All fees for services must be paid in advance.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Cancellation Policy

Rack Rentals: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Exam Support: Due to the digital nature of exam support resources, cancellations are not possible after purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by us, including study materials and virtual labs, is our intellectual property.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of our services.
