    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made on or after the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Exam Support: Due to the digital nature of our exam support resources, we do not offer refunds for these services once purchased. All sales of exam support materials, including practice exams and study guides, are final.
